Our body is the only thing in the whole world that’s really ours although for a short time.
Our spirit lives inside of it.
If you can find yourself ok with this in, then you will see that mind and body are in perfect harmony when they are one. In other words when we feel great!
A good treatment and use of our body is important for a good health and happiness.
It causes positive energies in our bodies and makes live much easier.
The strange thing is that most people nowadays are not even consciences of their own body.
They seem to be just ignorant towards their screaming body.!
Take more time for yourself.
Slow down on your lifestyle and you will see a small miracle will happen.
Yoga or tai-chi can help us out to know ourselves again better and makes us listen to the body again.
Our body has a physical memory as our brains have a mental and emotional memory.
That’s why it’s important that postures, movements and daily routines are as good as possible so our muscles will be trained in a proper way and our body will remember it in a ‘right’ way.
How are you taking something from a high shelf?
Do you lift your arm from the shoulder are do you engage the whole arm from the backside of the back?
It’s really fascinating how quick your muscles and body learn, this means also that it’s very hard for your body to forget what you have been learning.
It takes a while to throw out the ‘bad’ habits and put in the new ‘good’ actions and movements.
For this you need a lot of persistence and the will (strength) to change.
So first the mind has to change; then the body will follow.
How can you change something if you don’t believe in it?
Being honest with yourself and listening to what your body tells you is the best prevention to injuries !
A body needs physical training but with the aid of a healthy mind.
Training every day with weights of 5kg is better than train once a week and try to lift 40kg.
Food is another important aspect for the body; a well balanced foodscedule and a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables is without any doubt the base for the right balanced energy in our body.
This resulting in a good tempered mood !
You can eat whatever you want but never too much and never too less.
